I help with computers, phones, and software.
Need to transfer photos? Computer running slowly? Something not working? Tell me what you need. I help remotely through a video call and screen sharing.
I’m usually available 10 am–6 pm Eastern time, seven days a week. Request a time below and I’ll reply by email to confirm.
Prefer email? adrian_kon@proton.me
Prefer phone/text? 516-209-8086
Free initial chat or quick look. If you’d like to go ahead, it’s $20 for the first 30 minutes, then $10 per additional 30 minutes. I’ll confirm the cost before starting and check with you before adding time. Software, parts, and subscriptions are separate.
Request an appointment
Tell me what you need and choose a time that suits you.
No account needed. I’ll reply by email to confirm a time. Requesting an appointment does not commit you to paid work.
Request received
Your appointment is pending confirmation. I’ll email you to agree on a time and how we’ll connect.
Need to change something? Email adrian_kon@proton.me and include your reference number.
How it works
Send an appointment request with a short description of what you need. I’ll email you to agree on a time and price before starting. If screen sharing would help, I’ll walk you through connecting.
You approve any remote connection and can end it at any time. Please don’t send passwords or verification codes. We’ll stop screen sharing when you need to sign in privately.
About me
Photo of Adrian
I’m Adrian. I’ve been interested in computers since I was young and have helped friends, family, and my parents’ clients with tech for years. I live in Sea Cliff and graduated from SUNY Old Westbury in 2026 with a B.S. in Computer and Information Science.
Outside of tech, I enjoy music and play guitar. I like figuring out how things work and helping people feel more comfortable using their devices.

- Music and audio

- Choose and set up online storage, including understanding the monthly cost.
- Move photos from a phone to a computer, organize folders, or share albums with family.
- Move files to a new computer and find things you’ve downloaded.
Websites & custom email
- Create a simple website for a small business, hobby, or personal project.
- Put a website online and connect your own web address (a domain name).
- Understand hosting costs, renewals, and how to update your website.
- Set up an email address that uses your website’s domain.

- Install software, change settings, and reduce unwanted notifications.
- Sort out email and attachments, or work with documents, spreadsheets, PDFs, and online forms.
- Set up video calls and check your camera, microphone, and speakers.

- Set up printer software or streaming apps on a device that’s already connected.
- Look at suspicious emails or pop-ups, check for suspected viruses, and help with security scans and next steps.
- Check battery health and power settings, troubleshoot battery drain, and discuss when a replacement or repair may be needed.
Learning software & choosing tools
- Get started with photo editing, video editing, music software, or recording equipment.
- Try AI tools for writing, everyday questions, or making a basic website, and check their output.
- Compare new devices, memory or storage upgrades, software, and subscriptions before buying something.
Physical repairs, battery replacements, and fitting new parts need someone there in person. I can help you understand the options and tell you when a task needs hands-on help. Hardware, domains, hosting, and other subscriptions are separate from my time and stay in your own accounts.
